It is essential for the parents to know what is happening in the nursery for their well-being.

The Valentins & Valentines project pays attention to the fluidity in the communication between parents and the nursery.

• To be available on a daily basis to give parents an insight into their child’s day in its “meaningful” moments,
• To give them opportunities to spend time with their child in the nursery,
• To listen to them and offer them opportunities to discuss particular concerns,
• Supporting them if necessary, without any judgment,

These are all ways of building a relationship of trust between the staff and the families, which is vital for the well-being of all.

A welcoming place for the child and his family

The layout of the premises must also help by allowing parents access their child’s living space and by creating a cozy atmosphere, all in strict compliance with the standards of the PMI in force.
